No Pets allowed in or around the Rental Unit at any time.
A $200.00 cleaning and damage deposit will be collected at the Reservations
Office upon your arrival. The deposit is completely refundable if your unit
is left clean with no damage.

Check Out: 11:00am
Quiet Time: 10:00pm - 6:00am, please
Each unit has a maximum number of guests allowed. Any group exceeding the
maximum will be charged an additional $30.00 per night.
Please pack your car, not your boat.
Trailers are not permitted on the upper
hill units Units 9-14.
Please bring beach towels for use at the beach.
There are no telephones or televisions in the units. There is a pay phone
located outside of the general store and satellite TV in the Cafe during
store hours.
Don't forget your favorite book or board games.
If you are renting one of our units, you will receive one free boat slip.
